Major contract award by Singapore Shipyard. - 02 Feb 2006
The Velosi Group has been awarded a contract by a Major Shipyard in Singapore to act as the preferred third party inspectorate, to conduct onsite construction reviews, progress reporting, FAT and handover inspections for a wide range of Drilling and Barge equipment for their current building programs, recently confirmed to be 22 drilling units for number of major Oil & Gas contractors and owners, all to be delivered between 2006 up to 2010.
Velosi will commence with the inspection of Offshore Cranes from the principle Malaysian manufacturer in February 2006 and will extend their support activities to other types of Drilling Equipment from their overseas office locations to cover Europe and the United States of America.
