China Land Rig Inspections - 30 Jan 2006
Velosi Rig Inspections was recently awarded the contract for and completed the commissioning of a Chinese built CPTDC 2000 HP land Rig in China for our clients Petro Hortash. This is the first in a series of up to eight Land Rigs being purchased over the next 18 months. Where Velosi Rig Inspections will be providing Engineering, Inspection and Commissioning expertise.
The current works entailed the Velosi Rig Inspection Engineers travelling to three principle locations in China Baoiji (Xi An), Renqui (Beijing) and Shanghai to conduct ISO9000 QA Audits on the manufacturers capabilities for the Drilling Equipment, BOP and Control Systems and Drilling Instrumentation.
