Martin Coles, aged 44
(Technical Development Director)

Martin is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the group’s Technical operations. He is furthermore responsible for the group standardisation, training, and maintaining accreditations. He also heads the Group’s IT team.

As a mechanical engineer by training Martin obtained a Higher National Diploma in Production Engineering from Brighton Polytechnic, UK in 1986. He has accumulated more than 15 years experience in engineering planning, scheduling and programming and inspection management and is particularly innovative at the development of inspection control software and online systems.

He began his career with Singer Aircraft Simulation, UK in 1985 and in 1993; he joined the group as Operations Manager of Velosi Europe Limited

Beatrice Grace Aiyin Dorall, aged 37
(Group Chief Financial Officer)

Grace Dorall is the Group Chief Financial Officer responsible for the Group’s finance and administrative activities. She has 15 years of experience in auditing and accounting, financial planning and analysis, treasury, corporate and tax planning and is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (“FCCA”), and a Certified Internal Auditor (“CIA”).

She commenced her career in 1994 in the Audit and Business Advisory Services Division of Price Waterhouse, Kuala Lumpur; in 1999 joined Velosi Malaysia as Group Accountant, and in 2004 was promoted as Group Chief Financial Officer.
